This affordable, versatile venue offers a flexible range of spaces and facilities to accommodate birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, afternoon teas, celebrations, meetings, training courses, exhibitions, and conferences.
The Institute is suitable for both local and North West Region delegates because of its excellent transport links, being located 5 miles on A683 from Lancaster city centre with its main line rail station, and only 2 miles from Junction 34 of the M6.
Operating as a charity, the Institute has used grant funding to provide professional standard facilities whilst keeping room hire rates at a very competitive level. There are no hidden extras. The prices quoted include, as standard, use of digital overhead projector, projector screens, internet connectivity, and flip chart.

Rooms
There are three meeting rooms for hire, each with natural daylight and black out facilities. Choose from the Main Hall, Victoria Room, and the Sir Thomas Storey Room. (See Room Details for sizes and features).

Administration
To help Organisers make the most of the venue, a trained and experienced Manager is on hand to discuss the detail of individual requirements, and to support each event to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Catering
For events needing a buffet lunch or something more substantial, the Institute can recommend a choice of food from local caterers at reasonable prices. Refreshments can be supplied on request, or groups can ‘self cater’ should that be the preference.
Parking
There is free parking within easy walking distance of the Institute, and dedicated space for celebration and conference parking can be arranged on request.
